The Diploma in Education Management and Administration at Landmark Institute of Education Science and Technology (LIEST) is designed to equip learners with leadership, governance, planning, and administrative skills required in modern education systems.

The programme aims to develop competent education leaders who can effectively manage schools, colleges, and other educational institutions through strong leadership, policy implementation, and administrative skills.

This level introduces learners to basic principles of education management, communication skills, school administration systems, and foundational leadership concepts in education institutions.

At this level, students gain deeper knowledge in educational leadership, supervision techniques, school finance management, human resource management, and institutional planning.

This level focuses on advanced educational administration, policy analysis, strategic planning, leadership in education systems, and institutional governance.

Holders of Basic Technician Certificate (NTA Level 4) in Education Management and Administration, MUKA, Grade IIIA Teachers Certificate Education, Diploma in Teachers Education and Bachelor Degree in Education with at least three years of working experience. Other applicants with Basic Technician Certificate (i.e NTA Level 4) in any of the field of Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Business Adnunistratlon and Related helds will be admitted under equivalent qualification.

Graduates can work as School Administrators, Head Teachers, Education Officers, Policy Makers, Training Coordinators, HR Officers in education sector, and Institutional Managers in both public and private sectors.
